West Wood Gyms

West Wood Clubs say that Fitness is for Life. West Wood offers a huge range of physical, mental and social activities for all ages to encourage members to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. While people do join West Wood to achieve a goal of losing weight or getting in shape, we know they will find much more.

Each West Wood club shares the ideal of helping members make fitness a life style. West Wood have two clubs located in Dublin, both of which host a huge range of facilities for members.

·Large, well-equipped gyms with a wide range of the latest cardiovascular equipment, free-weights and much more. In the Clontarf gym there is even an indoor running track.

·There are numerous classes daily at each of our facilities, including Spinning, aerobics, `Body Pump' and much more.

·FitZone is a unique facility including junior and teenage fitness zones, party and adventure zones, childcare and Montessori. ·Swimming pools are at both Leopardstown and Clontarf, with the pool in Clontarf being the first 50 metre pool in Ireland.

·Tennis and racquet sports, a relaxing spa, and bars and restaurants round out the facilities.

At West Wood Leopardstown, the facilities include both indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquet ball courts, swimming pools, and three floors of the finest gym and cardiovascular equipment. There is also a full restaurant and bar, a pro shop, and a health food shop.

West Wood Clontarf is home to the largest gym in Europe (over 24,000 sq.ft.) and Ireland's first 50 metre swimming pool. Facilities include a snack bar, pro shop, several aerobic and dance studios, a spinning studio. There is also a spa area adjacent to the pool that has jacuzzi, sauna, steam rooms and plunge pool. And we also have recently opened our new Indoor Tennis Pavillion, a climbing wall, and a health food shop.

Membership at West Wood is priced at £160 plus £49 per month thereafter. You can select a gift voucher for the basic membership or basic membership plus up to six months. Direct Debit can be arranged to continue payments beyond the gift voucher period as required upon joining.
